Returns Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, or torn at the time of delivery.

  • Please inspect your package upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or defective, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Returns for reasons such as incorrect size, change of mind, or customer error in ordering are not accepted.

Non-Returnable Cases

  • Items that are not damaged or torn on arrival are strictly non-returnable.

  • Returns will not be processed for incorrect size ordered, so please review size guides and product details carefully before ordering.

How to Initiate a Return

  • To request a return due to damage or defect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at store.jawdrop@gmail.com or call 074837 68053.

  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and damage.

  • All return requests are subject to verification and approval.

Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved, instructions for returning the item will be provided.

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of approval.
